DYPEDZ was approved to establish a provincial level economic development zone by Shandong Provincial Government in April this year, and is the youngest development zone in Shandong Province. It has 102 square kilometers starting area, 230 square kilometers planning area, and 466 square kilometers sustainable development area; and is divided into six districts of storage, chemical industry, processing and manufacturing, high technology, administration and office, and life and business, with all functions of China’s opening up regions. |
